Project Partners can create a free account at any time. Their account stays dormant until a paid host company invites them to a project or grants approved project access.
Free accounts do not count as paid internal seats.
Project access requires a host-company invite. Free users cannot access company dashboards, billing controls, settings, admin tools, project creation, teammate invites, or full workspace tools.
