This Billing Policy applies to paid Systrix subscriptions, plan purchases, checkout flows, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and related billing activity. By subscribing to Systrix or starting a paid plan, you agree to this Billing Policy.
1. Current Public Pricing
Systrix currently offers one public subscription package:
Systrix Pro
Plus $15 per internal billable user per month.
Example: 5 users = $199 base + $75 users = $274/month.
2. What Is Included
Systrix Pro may include access to available Systrix tools and workflows, including dashboards, project workspaces, dispatch, team chat, tasks, RFIs, documents, portal access, role-based visibility, alerts, reminders, project contacts, and outside collaboration features.
Features may change as Systrix continues to develop. Some features may be released as beta, MVP, pilot, or early-access functionality.
3. User-Based Billing
User-based billing is calculated based on the number of internal billable users associated with your Systrix company account.
- Each internal billable user may increase the monthly subscription total.
- Adding internal users may increase your future bill.
- Removing internal users may reduce future billing, depending on timing and billing cycle rules.
- Deactivated internal users, external users, Project Partners, and portal users will not count toward company billing amounts.
4. Billing Cycle
Systrix subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise stated during checkout or in a written agreement. Your billing cycle generally begins when your subscription starts or when your trial converts to a paid plan.
Subscription fees automatically renew each billing period unless canceled before renewal.
5. Trials and Promotional Access
Systrix may offer free trials, pilot access, early-access periods, or promotional pricing. Trial length and trial terms may vary.
- Trial access may be limited by time, features, user count, or workspace access.
- Trial access may end automatically if no payment method is added.
- If a payment method is required for trial access, billing may begin when the trial ends unless canceled before conversion.
- Promotional pricing may expire or convert to standard pricing after the promotional period.
6. Payment Processing
Systrix may use third-party payment processors such as Stripe to process payments, subscriptions, invoices, and payment method updates.
Systrix does not need to store full card numbers. Payment information is handled by the payment processor according to its own terms and privacy policy.
7. Taxes
Listed prices may not include applicable taxes, duties, levies, or similar government charges. If taxes are required, they may be added during checkout or invoicing.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your purchase or subscription unless otherwise required by law.
8. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, Systrix or its payment processor may retry the payment, notify the account owner, request an updated payment method, limit account access, suspend service, or cancel the subscription.
You are responsible for keeping payment information accurate and current.
9. Cancellation
You may cancel your Systrix subscription according to the cancellation options available in your account, billing portal, checkout provider, or by contacting Systrix support.
- Cancellation generally stops future renewals.
- Cancellation may not automatically refund the current billing period.
- Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
- Systrix may retain certain records as required for legal, accounting, security, or operational purposes.
10. Refunds
Unless required by law or stated in a separate written agreement, Systrix subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged.
Systrix may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Approval of a refund in one situation does not require Systrix to provide refunds in other situations.
11. Plan Changes
Because Systrix currently offers one public package, most changes will relate to user count, billing status, account access, or future feature availability.
If Systrix later offers additional plans, upgrades, downgrades, annual pricing, enterprise packages, or add-ons, billing may be prorated, adjusted, or updated according to the checkout terms shown at the time.
12. Price Changes
Systrix may change pricing in the future. If pricing changes affect an active paid subscription, Systrix will provide reasonable notice before the change takes effect, unless the change is required by law, taxes, third-party fees, or changes to selected services.
13. Account Suspension for Billing Issues
Systrix may suspend, limit, or terminate access if payment is overdue, payment fails, billing information is inaccurate, fraud is suspected, or the account violates Systrix terms.
Suspension may affect access to dashboards, projects, files, messages, tasks, RFIs, schedules, and other workspace content.
14. Data After Cancellation
After cancellation, Systrix may allow limited access for a period of time to export or retrieve data, depending on product functionality and account status.
Systrix may delete, archive, or restrict access to account data after cancellation, subject to legal requirements, backup processes, and internal retention practices.
15. Enterprise or Custom Agreements
Some customers may enter into separate written agreements with Systrix. If a separate signed agreement conflicts with this Billing Policy, the signed agreement will control for that customer.
