Systrix is a software platform designed to help project, field, service, operations, and coordination teams manage work, communication, schedules, documents, RFIs, tasks, alerts, dashboards, and collaboration with internal and external users.
2. Accounts and Access
To use certain Systrix services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- You must not share login credentials with unauthorized users.
- You must notify Systrix if you believe your account has been compromised.
- Company administrators are responsible for managing user access within their organization.
3. Company Workspaces and Users
Systrix may allow companies to create workspaces, invite users, assign roles, manage permissions, invite outside collaborators, and organize project-related information. The company or account owner is responsible for the users, content, permissions, and workflows created within its workspace.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Systrix or use the platform for illegal, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
- Do not attempt to access data you are not authorized to view.
- Do not interfere with the security or performance of the platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for use within the platform.

7. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payment

You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. If payment processing is enabled, payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

8. Trials and Promotions

Systrix may support limited-access portals for vendors, partners, customers, consultants, subcontractors, inspectors, or other outside collaborators. Company administrators are responsible for determining who should be invited and what access they should receive.
External users must only access information they are authorized to view and must not attempt to access broader internal company data.
10. Availability and Changes to the Service
We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that Systrix will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure. We may update, improve, limit, suspend, or modify features as the product evolves.
11. Beta, MVP, and Early Access Features
Some Systrix features may be released as beta, MVP, pilot, preview, or early-access functionality. These features may change, break, be removed, or behave differently as we continue developing the platform.
12. Third-Party Services
Systrix may connect with or rely on third-party services, including hosting providers, authentication providers, payment processors, email tools, analytics tools, or storage systems. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
13. Intellectual Property
Systrix, including its software, designs, workflows, brand, logos, website, interface, product names, and related materials, is owned by Systrix or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Systrix without written permission.

If you provide ideas, suggestions, feedback, or recommendations, you allow Systrix to use that feedback without restriction or compensation. This helps us improve the product.
15. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, failed to pay required fees, created security risks, misused the platform, or used Systrix in a way that may harm us, our users, or the service.

Systrix is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Systrix is a coordination and productivity tool. It is not a substitute for professional judgment, legal advice, compliance review, engineering review, safety review, contract administration, or project-specific professional services.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Systrix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or project delays.
Our total liability for claims related to the service will be limited to the amount you paid to Systrix for the service during the period allowed by applicable law or the relevant written agreement.
18. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Systrix from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice through the website, app, email, or other reasonable method. Continued use of Systrix after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
