Customers retain ownership of their Customer Data. Systrix uses Customer Data only as needed to provide, maintain, secure, support, and improve the service, or as otherwise permitted by agreement or law.
4. Role-Based Access and Internal Visibility
Systrix is designed around company workspaces, project access, assigned users, included users, external collaborators, and role-based visibility. Information shown to users may depend on their company, role, project access, assignment, inclusion, workflow status, and permissions.
Company administrators are responsible for inviting users, managing roles, granting access, removing users, and ensuring that users receive appropriate permissions.
5. External Users and Portal Access
Systrix may support limited access for vendors, partners, customers, consultants, contractors, inspectors, or other outside collaborators. These users may only see information made available to them by the host company or permitted through project-specific access settings.
6. Payments and Billing Providers
If payment processing is enabled, Systrix may use third-party payment processors such as Stripe to process subscriptions, invoices, and payments. Systrix does not need to store full payment card numbers. Payment providers may collect and process payment information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
